Dr. Matthew Arthur
Memberships and Associations:
Dr. Matthew Arthur is originally from Upstate New York. He received his bachelor’s degree from State University of New York Oswego with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He received his postgraduate degree from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in May of 2012, graduating Magna Cum laude. Upon completing his degree, Dr. Arthur moved to North Carolina and worked as an associate Doctor for 5 years prior to opening 919 Spine. Dr. Arthur combines the use of manipulation, numerous soft tissue techniques, rehabilitative exercises, and physio therapies to treat musculoskeletal conditions. He believes that maintaining function and integrity of the musculoskeletal system involves an evidenced based multisystem approach, which can help patients maintain a pain free and healthy lifestyle. Dr. Arthur has worked with many types of patients, from professional and amateur athletes to everyday individuals. Dr. Arthur enjoys helping anyone looking to improve their physical health in a proactive manner.
Dr. Arthur currently lives in Cary, NC with his wife Mary and dog Brie. He is a very active individual and comes from a competitive running background. After years of running he decided to switch gears and try Crossfit. He currently competes in local competitions, and has been very involved in the Crossfit community for the past 5 years. He likes to incorporate his knowledge of fitness and human movement into his practice.
Dr. Jenna Brennan
Dr. Jenna Brennan grew up on the East Coast of Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in biology- Preprofessional Studies. She then obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, graduating with Magna Cum Laude, from National University of Health Sciences in December of 2018. Upon completing her degree, Dr. Jenna moved to North Carolina to begin working for 919 Spine.
Dr. Jenna is a strong advocate for an integrative approach to treatment and the importance of improving the function of the musculoskeletal system to optimize patient health. She utilizes an evidenced based approach developed from her exposure in an emergency room setting, postgraduate education, along with volunteering at multiple sporting events which grew her passion for physical medicine. She combines the use of manipulation, functional soft tissue and rehabilitation techniques, along with athletic taping strategies.
Personally, Dr. Jenna likes to remain as active as she can, by running, indoor cycling, yoga, weightlifting and other outdoor activities. She participated as a competitive athlete for numerous years in powerlifting and swimming which led her to understanding the sports world, injuries endured, and the treatments needed that she found within the Chiropractic profession. She’s a foodie and loves coffee, so you may see her around town.
Kim is originally from Northeast Vermont. Upon moving to Fuquay-Varina NC in 2016, she received her Medical Administrative Assistant with EHR Certificate. In 2017, she started working as a office manager at 919 Spine in Cary NC. She then received her Chiropractic Assistant Certification. Kim finds working as a CA rewarding as she gets to see chiropractic treatment help patients without using drugs and major surgeries.
When she is not at work, she loves to travel, explore new places, go hiking, biking and most of all spend time with her husband, Ralph, and two dogs Emma and Zues.
