    The practice name, the terms the practice logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of 919 Spine, PLLC or its affiliates or licensors.  All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The 919 Spine, PLLC logo may be used by third parties when:

  • The third party is a partner of 919 Spine, PLLC, an educator, or other entity interested in promoting 919 Spine, PLLC, or a journalist seeking to provide information to the public about chiropractic health.

  • Logo usage does not diminish the reputation of chiropractic practices or 919 Spine, PLLC.

    Hyperlinking the logo to 919spine.com is required in all digital communications.

    The 919spine.com website address is required to be used in any printed document whenever 919 Spine, PLLC’s logo or shield image is visible within that document.

    Third parties meeting the above criteria are authorized to use the 919 Spine, PLLC Logo according to the provided usage guidelines.

    With the exception of sizing, logos should not be altered in anyway.  919 Spine, PLLC reserves the right and has sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the logo and/or shield, and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of the logo that does not comply with these usage guidelines.

    If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
